Sweet the Sting » Burrower

burrower

This is a speed painting of what I call the ‘Burrower’. Closest related to a mole, the large creatures hide in tunnels, hunting like a trap-door spider. Using their upper arms to pull down prey that walks over the ‘lid’ of the tunnel, they quickly dispatch the frightened animal with their sharp claws and strong jaws. The upper arms are also used to pull the Burrower up out of its tunnel.

It looks like a giant flea to me. xD

Wow, that’s some crazy coloring, that blue. But I like how it looks with that brown on his head, those thin lines. ❤

Woah; this is so cool! I really like the colors. The blue really stands out and that, to me, is what makes it amazing! I agree with Sarah – it kinda does look like a giant flea! x)
Did you designed this by yourself? 🙂
